I am very happy with the looks it is exactly what I wanted however, I am having a very difficult time getting the front 3 rubber "bumpers" to lay flat against the toilet. The back 2 do. The toilet seat came perfectly flat. I have moved & tightened the bolts in numerous ways but it still doesn't lay flat. Is this something I should return?. Anonymous. I would buy again. Easy to install, fits my Elijer pretty well, not perfect but good, and the contour is comfortable. Also easy to clean which I was worried about. Easy to remove the seat tho, what a great feature! Closes a little too slow by itself but you can push it down if you want. Not a real issue.
