I answered the Wayfair survey this morning giving 5 stars for customer service and delivery. I did not like the gray color but thought I could live with it if comfortable. Getting used to it now although the foot rest doesn't extend straight out like my 35 year old la z boy. There are 2 defects as shown in the pictures below.
