THIS COUCH IS SO GREAT! The black velvet like material is super soft is nice and the shape is very unique. The couch is a firmer type of couch so if you do get it, just know it’s not those ultra plush it provides more support. The only downfall I will say about it is that the cushion does not come apart from the couch so everything is all one part that helps keep the stainless lines. The only other negative thing is there is a bit of what it looks like glue on the golden part that’s left a very weird residue mark in the manufacturing but other than that, I’d say I’m generally happy with the results. I would’ve definitely given this four stars if the golden accent wasn’t messed up on a berry noticeable point on the couch, but it’s not worth the effort of calling to get it traded back in.. Lisa. Hello, all. I don't often review products, but I feel that I must in this case. This couch is absolute garbage. The back frame has wood that is VERY thin, so thin that my husband felt he would break it when he leaned back. I am not one to complain, and I knew that we were purchasing a couch on the "low end" and couldn't expect excellent craftsmanship. However, this felt like a high school student built it (and this is coming from a high school English teacher who loves students!). And then, to add insult to injury, they tell you that you can return it for free at a store near you. That store? 2.5 hours away. And then they told me (on the phone) that it would be $100 to return if I had FedEx pick it up. No, no. It was $100 PER PICKUP. Because they were picking it up in two shipments, we lost $200. Please, for the love of God, don't order this couch.. Lindsay. Bremen, IN. Wed Oct 07 2026

I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

The oversized seats and ottomans make it feel especially cozy, and I love the cupholders in the center.
