So far so good. I just installed this tile last weekend. It went in fairly easily and I love how it looks. The pattern is a bit busier and darker than in the listing but it hides the dirt better than a plainer pattern. I really like how tight the seams are on this product several others Iooked at had gaps or faux grout lines that are just asking for dirt buildup. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality for the price. ( I recommend using a table & miter saw or a flooring saw that does both. (I used a RYOBI cordless flooring saw) These are heavy duty tiles and are not easy to score and snap.) Also pencil marks erase right off with no problem. These are the ones to get - great cushion and look great. We put them in our gym on top of a rubber floor. Did a double layer for step area! Super purchase. Only issue is the second box I ordered came with grease spots on them which was unfortunate. They’d obviously been used.
