I would expect that a mailbox that is outdoors would have stainless steel screws. With a white finish I can look forward to brown stains from the rusted screws. In addition, we originally thought it was going to be way too big for a mailbox, however the size ended up being perfect and not overbearing. Likes: -We love the way it looks. Unique to other mailboxes in our neighborhood. -The opening is larger for additional mail items such as the smaller packages we receive that usually end up sitting on the ground by our front door (sometimes getting soggy or wet). -Sturdy -Durable plastic material -Magnetic piece to keep the door closed -Love the plant hanger option on the back, easy to assemble. Dislikes: -a little difficult to put together -instructions needed to be clearer regarding attachment of the top to the bottom of the actual mailbox (where the mail goes into).
