I had seen this tile at the local big box store for much more per square foot. Same tile. The tiles arrived slowly by a third party delivery company so order with plenty of time to spare. They were well packed and not one tile for my large bathroom was damaged. They are a little more weathered than I expected but are still beautiful. The surface is not smooth, almost feels dirty, but the look is perfect for my old farmhouse. I would order a little more than expected since the large tiles must all face a certain direction and you will have more waste when cutting. This is an excellent looking product. Arrived well packaged and none were broken. Looks a lot like distressed brick when installed with 1/4 grout lines. There was a LOT of variety in this tile, making it look like a custom made product. There were more than 20 different patterns in my two boxes.
