I think that this playpen was an awesome investment! It's best used for animals who aren't over 2 feet tall. If they're taller than that, they'll be able to jump right out. It works wonders! We have two Boxers-a 4 month old puppy and a 3 year old that we keep in our laundry room. Needless to say the puppy likes to destroy things.... we added this pen and it keeps him away from the walls and door frames. It works as intended but is slightly flimsier than I was hoping. We have a small dog so I don't think it will be an issue. The stakes/poles are a lot more narrow than the holes on the sides so they wobble but I'm thinking if I can find something to stick in there so it's a more snug fit that should help.
