Bought3 fans from this company. The work fine and are quiet. My two problems are 1. I choose the recommended size braised on the manufacturer. I would go larger to increase the air flow. Secondly, is the little tiny control that does not respond immediately. We have the fan on full speed at night but it is a chore to turn light on. The black remote is for the fan of the photo I sent. It is easy on and off. The white one was sent for two other fan all by the same manufacturer but is a pain for older fingers with long nails. If you like a lot of air. Choose another option.. Ann. So beautiful and large! They look so nice on our back patio and supply a nice amount of air when turned on to at least medium. They are stylish, modern functional, with a clean design. The lighting feature is bright enough to provide a sufficient amount of light and the lights are already built in so no need to buy lightbulbs initially. Good fan that looks amazing -- contemporary styling, nice blades, and very low-profile. Easy to install and the remote works with no problems. Moves plenty of air and cranks up high. Things that would make it perfect: (1) it's not loud, but not completely silent like our other DC fan, and (2) I wish its low speed setting was lower. This fan also has a reversible motor to help push warmer air downwards in the colder months.
