Directions are a little difficult to follow but once you get the hang of it and it all comes together. Having two people helps. This couch is awesome! I was nervous to purchase because it had no reviews at the time, but it's been amazing so far. My dad put it together for me, and it was a fairly easy process. It's extremely comfortable and seems really well weather proofed. It has been rained on several times (I finally bought covers though just for added protection), and it still looks great. Nice looking and comfortable height but challenging and time consuming to assemble. Well packaged, everything was there even though mine was an "open box". It looked like someone opened the box, saw all the pieces and parts and put the lid back on. Plan on 4-5 hours and have a helper available. Have something that measures in metric because all the screws and bolts are that type. Pay attention to the difference between a "stepped" and "oblate" head of a bolt. It is absolutely beautiful!!! Only disappointment is a few cushions are dirty with a black stain I can’t get off but I spoke to wayfair and textiles will be reaching out to me. I thought it would look great because my patio is 60’ long by 15’ wide, but it’s really not big enough for the long sofa. It’s better in a u-shape.
