It shipped in a very timely matter for such a great company! It arrived packaged easy to install, however instructions was not as easy to follow to assemble. Was going to install by our selves but, had to hire electricians to install and assemble. Company needs better drawings to asssemble! It's as beautiful as the picture and sparkles! A a+ fixture! This medium single tier chandelier features an organically inspired silhouette defined by hand forged steel arms that branch outward in a graceful, vine like form. Finished in Champagne Gold and accented with faceted clear crystal buds, the design brings sculptural elegance and refined glamour to dining rooms, living spaces, or foyers where a statement ceiling fixture is desired. Two-year warranty included against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to certain conditions and exclusions.

Installed chandelier which was fairly easy . My wife selected this model and the look is great. To install I did put a temporary hook on the ceiling to support it. Need to be careful not to damage the paint when shortening the chain. This chandelier is very sturdy and other than the lights not included the parts don't break. Had a small issue with payment which customer service helped resolve quickly. I would recommend purchase.. Richard. Mount Pleasant, SC. Tue Dec 07 2021
