I'm giving this a 4 due to overall functionality and my husband loves it, but I would prefer a 3 1/2. We also had to buy different mattresses than what was recommended due to lack of availability. I was sick for about 2 months straight during the holidays, so the head tilt was a great feature as it allowed me to breathe. The massage feature is ok, but it is far to jarring for my head/neck up top. I don't mind the foot vibration, as long as it's on the right setting. It is incredibly loud though. We can hear it in different parts of the house, and we have a house where sound doesn't tend to carry very easily. That is frustrating as I don't want it to bother others. I wish I would have known how loud it was or probably would have gone for something different. I was looking for something somewhat reasonable so I guess this does its job well enough, but probably would not buy again.
