Beautiful set and seems very durable! It did arrive with some scratches on the armrests and some snags in the cushions. When assembling one of the chairs it was very difficult as every hole was misaligned and you could tell they drilled them incorrectly. The black table and chairs are as pictured. They are very sturdy as in my experience Polywood brand outdoor furniture has been a favorite for beach community customers in Florida as the weather conditions are usually the number one factor in choosing longevity products that are worth the price. This is an excellent foundation piece that will last through any design trends as black is a neutral color and can be fused together with many cool and warm accessories. I like the option for the use of an umbrella as this has a hole and seamless cap to fill it in when not in use. The reason I deducted a star is because a screw for the table leg was missing and one of the reasons we chose to order from wayfair was the time in which we needed the product and without a screw to put it together made the quick shipping a bit useless. Also, the time, money for gas (high gas prices right now in August 2022 are HIGH) which made the screw 10 . To us that is a lot of money as I’m sure it is to many people. To be fair to Wayfair we just received it today and haven’t reached out yet to see if they have a resolution to this besides sending another screw which couldn’t be done overnight as needed. Also, if any issues with products have occurred in the past they have been quick to respond in a courteous manner! In my opinion it is worth the money, it is functional, beautiful , and beautiful and made in the USA which helps with a quick turnaround and shipping. Great chairs and table! Heavyweight, easy to clean, and attractive. And best of all, really comfortable. I thought the cushions would be stiff, but they are comfy. Yes, I do wish there was a better way to secure the cushions since I have a windy lanai. The bottom cushions (and those for the ottomans which I also got and recommend) have grommets, so I strung some rope through them and tied it around the legs, but the back cushions do not have that feature..
