This mattress is amazing! Ive had it for a month now and its so comfortable. Not too soft not too hard. Its perfect! Exactly what I wanted. I was looking for a plush pillow top, but most of them were rated a 3.5 or 3 in the plush meter, with 5 being softer plush. This is a 4, meaning its on the softer side. What a great mattress does in supporting a great night sleep is an understatement. From the moment we received it life has changed. The delivery was seamless the guys were friendly and professional. They removed the existing mattress and replaced with this beauty. This bed is not super firm which we didn’t want it is firm enough that if myself or my husband gets up in the middle of the night we don’t disturb the other. I was having aches and pains I thought it was from my exercise routines no it was the mattress. It was expensive but it was worth the two month wait for delivery also the great nights sleep. I got this mattress about six months ago and it's been absolutely amazing for my problematic back. Very firm but not like sleeping on the floor. Provides the right balance of support and softness to allow a great night's sleep with limited back pain getting up in the morning. I would highly recommend for anyone else dealing with spine issues or just prefers a firmer mattress. My only concern is how the softer sides might sag over time. This mattress is heavenly! It's soft and still supportive. I'm impressed that it doesn't get hot at all when you sink in - it stays cool. My husband has issues with his back and has been sleeping much better. The delivery went smoothly - so much easier than going to a store. The pillow top is squishier than I had anticipated. It is comfortable. But I think a true review comes in 5 years when the mattress is halfway through its warranteed life. That is usually when shoddy mattresses start their quick decent into torture devices. If this bed is still on wayfair in 5 years I will come back and provide an update. Thus I am holding on to that last star until then. It is comfortable. It is a side sleeper bed, so I am looking forward to seeing how I feel in a month. UPDATE: one month in and I really like this mattress. It expanded in 2 days. Sleeps cool as advertised. Quality is great, especially considering it is 1/3rd the price I typically spend on a mattress. What a great memory foam mattress! It was easy to unwrap and extend open. I waited 24hrs to allow full air expansion. It feels great, I slept like a baby, it instantly helped with my lower back issues ( guess I needed a new mattress).
