This modular sectional came in eight boxes, which we expected. I love putting things together, so assembling this sectional was pretty fun for me. I gave it four stars for two reasons: 1) The legs on this are plastic, not wood. 2) It is not very comfortable. Also, if you are expecting this couch to be grey, it’s not. It’s more of a dark navy - which is exactly what we wanted. Since it’s a basement couch for us, we couldn’t beat the price, the quick delivery, the quick assembly, and it looks really nice!. My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

This natural linen material is highly praised for its excellent breathability, rich texture, and long-lasting charm - its soft touch and lightweight characteristics can make you feel comfortable in every season, while adding a touch of low-key elegance to your decoration.

The color is excellent what I hoped for. Looks great in my home took my boyfriend a long time to put together. It is firm but not in a bad way. Don’t like how thin the back looks tho. Lakeitha. Long Beach, CA. Thu Sep 17 2026

5 stars for value. Pretty happy overall with this purchase. Decent size sectional with fun bonus features make this a good family room couch. Definitely a great budget option, I will say if you are looking for a premium piece of furniture this definitely isn’t top of the line in craftsmanship in regards to cushion comfort, durability and fabric (which color appears much lighter gray than I hoped for in person) but at this price point I’m pleased. It seems sturdy enough and a great option for a secondary living space or apartment. It also comes in pieces to be assembled which was great to ensure we could avoid trying to get a large piece of furniture around some tight turns to get to the room we wanted it in. I was able to assemble this on my own just needed help getting the 2 large bases into our family room. Extra tip, just open the boxes from where they are delivered and remove each piece separately instead of trying to haul the massive boxes around, this made it much easier to manage!. Mia. Michigan. We picked this one because all of the cushions have removable covers. With kids and dogs, it it’s important we can wash all of that. Only thing I’m worried about is if you accidentally tries to sit on arm of couch it could break.. Misty. Mon Oct 12 2026

We got this couch a couple months ago and so far like it a lot! The most important thing to note is that the depth is not as deep as most living room couches. It's also quite firm (which we like). It's more like a waiting room furniture than living room, but we love the clean look and the support. It's great that all the pieces are interchangeable, rotating them will help reduce wear.. So far we’ve loved this couch, fur babies included! The biggest issue we had was that the instruction manual was missing when we received the item. I messaged about it and received a reply a few days later but we had already figured out how to put it together. My only complaint outside of that is the cushions do seem the slide out easily. That goes for most couches though so all in all were very happy with this purchased.. Anonymous. Sat May 30 2026

AMAZING sectional. Very comfortable, feels almost like a cloud couch. The color is more leaning toward light grey, but can still match beige settings, more of a greige color. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is that you can't wash the couches because they are sown to the seats, but again this gives it a nice well arranged look. I personally love it!. The 180 degree reclining backrest adds a touch of personalized comfort, while its modern design elevates the aesthetic of your home decor. Experience the perfect blend of functionality and style with this convertible corner sleeper – the ideal choice for larger households seeking comfort and sophistication.

This sofa is absolutely amazing. The biggest reason we gave it 4 stars is because the frame is skinny and short and sits below the pillowscushions, so they dont sit right or stay upright. The extra storage is perfect for blankets. Its firm and nice for movie nights. It is best for a back room and not a main livingroom. The main middle section leans down forward too easily and was a negative for us. Its a great family couch and can fit our entire family for evenings together.. Kaylie. Parowan, UT. Sun Oct 18 2026
