This couch is amazing! Very comfortable and and sturdy. I am 5’ 5” and the cushions reach the back of my knees. There is ample storage space assembly. Arrived ahead of schedule. Started putting this together, seemed simple enough. But nope. I can’t get then ends on. Not only can I not get these stupid ends on I crushed both my big toes and scraped my knees trying to get the slots to line up and lock it. 6 foot 3, 230 pounds an an Engineer and I can’t get this stupid thing to work. If it doesn’t get lined up by tomorrow this entire thing is going back. Next day customer support was useless. No phone for manufacture. Turns out after further inspection the installed brackets upside down. Either because they ran out of the right screws or put the wrong ones in. After two trips to Lowe’s the screw heads are too thick and have and interference fit. New brackets are going to be $60+ in addition to probably drilling new holes. Last purchase ever from wayfair. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Sofa — Exceeded My Expectations! At first, I was a little nervous about purchasing a sofa without seeing or trying it in person. However, I decided to trust the wonderful reviews from other customers, especially all the comments about how comfortable it was. And I can honestly say they were absolutely right! From the moment it arrived, I was thrilled with my purchase. The delivery team was extremely friendly, professional, and careful. They also assembled the entire sofa for me, and everything was put together perfectly. Every feature worked flawlessly right from the start. The sofa is incredibly comfortable, and the fabric is absolutely beautiful. It looks elegant and feels like excellent quality. There are charging ports for phones, headphones, and other devices, as well as cup holders located inside the consoles, which I personally love because they are much more discreet and stylish. It also has two storage compartments, which are perfect for keeping remotes, chargers, blankets, or other items close by but neatly out of sight. I am truly so happy with this purchase. The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. This was due to a small hinge pin that had popped out of place during unboxing, but it was an easy fix, and the console now works flawlessly. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the purchase. 4.5 stars!. Md. Alexandria, VA. Fri Sep 18 2026

Love the couch. It seems super high quality and the cushions are a perfect mix between firm and soft. It’s not as deep sitting as I thought but that’s okay. They forgot to mail the ottoman with it though so hopefully they will soon. It all came super fast though. Update, I finally got the ottoman. It took a week or two but they were very good at communicating and getting it figured out.. Anonymous. Mon Aug 04 2025
