I cant answer this as the delivered box already made sounds of loose pieces inside even before I opened it. Upon opening, the cover glass was in pieces, some falling onto my counter. I have resealed it and am trying to figure out who can help resolve this messy situation. Perhaps it will help to note that there was half an inch foam layer on the bottom on the clock, but no such protection against the glass, and you may wish to investigate if a packer lapsed on this important count. The only positive is that I could see that this is the clock style/design and form I need, and I am eager to have one that functions properly and in one piece. Thank you.. Anonymous. Thu Nov 13 2025
