Boy oh boy - am we pleased - used it for the first time last night - partly to be sure it worked. It really does work well. Even heat across both zones, and how, we don't understand, but the heat isn't harsh, but evenly warm - cozy is a word that might better describe the feeling. We used to have a Beauty Rest heated mattress pad. It would heat unevenly, heat seemed harsh, and not dependable when it came to having quirks.. Bill. East Hartland, CT. Sun Oct 04 2026

Sealy was among the first to create the hybrid, pairing the best qualities of innerspring and memory foam mattresses to deliver best-of-both-worlds comfort. Carefully engineered coils adapt and support every part of your body, while specialty foams conform and cushion for your most comfortable night’s sleep. Our classic Sealy Cool collection is engineered for a great night’s sleep, delivering trusted Sealy quality at an affordable price. Your mattress comes compressed in a box, combining Sealy quality with the convenience of easy transportation.

I was previously unaware of the concept of a mattress in a box. Upon visiting the Wayfair store, I had the opportunity to examine the mattress, having seen it advertised online. We proceeded to order it through the website due to the complimentary delivery service. It subsequently arrived packaged within a box. ItIt was quite heavy, so you will require assistance from another person to move it to its intended location. We have unraveled it, and as less than 24 hours have passed since then, this is its current appearance. Therefore, I will likely wait another 24 hours before placing it on the bed to ensure it has reached its maximum fullness. However, considering the price, we are quite satisfied with the purchase so far, and I will likely provide a follow-up review later.. Sabrina. Atlanta, GA. Sat Sep 12 2026

I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really happy with this mattress. It feels really comfortable and supportive without being too firm. The hybrid design gives a nice balance between softness and support, and I've been sleeping comfortably through night. It also feels well made and durable. 10” thick mattresses of good quality are hard to find especially in local stores. Serta came through on this one. Definitely not too soft. May add a topper later. Wanted a 10” to keep the height down since our platform bed is already 16” high and we really don’t care for high beds. And it’s light enough that we can rotate it ourselves.. Anonymous.
