Well made super comfortable queen size sleeper sofa! I’m a 66 year old woman with a history of back problems, I managed to assemble this myself with minimal trouble... it’s a lot heavier than some of the reviews had led me to believe, but I got the job done in less and than an hour (including unboxing sliding it down the hall into the spare room using felt wood floor sliders) The back folds down flat easily without having to pull out the couch more than a few inches from the wall, and the only minor “con” I can think of I wish there was a mid-reclining option between the single one provided and the uprightflat position it’s a wee bit TOO inclined for my taste, but nothing a few throw pillows can’t remedy. Big plus I have long legs like the deep seat cushions on the couch, and the pop up trundle makes a fantastic lounger! ) The queen mattress is REALLY FIRM, so I bought a thick fluffy mattress cover to cushion it a bit for guests one side is cotton for summer, and the other is faux-wool plush for winter, which should make this the world’s most comfortable guest bed - EVER! The photos show the space behind the sofa in the reclining upright positions (the one with my little dog, Fergie, is of the sofa in the reclining position) The space in back of the sofa isn’t noticeable from the front, and actually leaves room for curtains to hang nicely. Finally, to add a cozy touch ( keep off pet hairs), I threw on an easy-to-wash cotton bedspread — there are so many different looksoptions for this wonderful sofa bed.... I was extremely apprehensive about buying an office chair online. I researched, I think, ALL "big and tall" chairs online. I was nervous about the gray side panels making the chair finish appear cheap, however the coordination of the aluminum metal trim color and the gray side panels is very nice. The detail on the five legs is very nice. The wheels are smooth and solid. There's some assembly required, but there usually is with all office chairs. I was also concerned that the leather was bonded instead of top grain - I was concerned about it "rubbing off" as I've seen in pictures of bonded leather. The quality of the leather, however, is very nice...smooth....with a feeling of quality. The chair is very attractive, but WOW, even so much more comfortable!! I actually assembled the chair - replacing a 10 year old top grain black leather "big and tall" office chair, sat in the chair, tilted back, put my feet up and actually fell asleep within a few minutes!! The lumbar support is amazing and the base seat feels solid, sturdy but it gives with the memory foam and coil springs. I'm actually delighted with this chair. I'm 6'3" 330lbs and this chair feels extremely solid and amazingly comfortable even for someone my size. UPDATE 6 months of 10/hrs/day weekday use - The arms have become "wobbly" twice. This takes away from the solid feel of the chair. I finally used to allen/hex wrench to tighten them - 100% solid again - the arms aren't "worn out" - they just loosen with use. However, the chair is still AMAZING!! SOOO comfortable - a complete luxury. I've read complaints about no support under the knees. This is what "waterfall" seating is about. Chairs without it decrease circulation in the legs. The chair is deep (I'm 6'3") and doesn't feel "shallow" at all. I think waterfall seating might be a new feel for some - but the health benefits are worth it. After 6 months of heavy use by a heavy guy, the chair is as good as new. A real luxury. I can't recommend this chair enough. (And no, I don't work for Serta or any other furniture company!!) Buy this chair!! Pros: Solid, high quality, beautiful...classic and modern at the same time. There were no instructions so was a gamble with each screw and process of elimination made the end easier than the beginning. The poleair lift pet in the middle just sets in the top and base (nothing holding it in besides gravity), so if you have to carry up stairs, have two people carry and lift from the wheel base. The plastic screw covers were a bust and didn’t fit properly so threw them away. Other than that, it is a very comfortable chair and looks pretty nice. Only complaint once built is that it feels slightly wobbly when moving around (not bad, but don’t want to do anything too crazy when moving around in it).
