Very fast processing, shipping and delivery time. I ordered the eggplant/ purple color. It is very dark and rich. I really love the color. As soon as I received it, I washed and then put them on my bed and I must say it is very soft. I am Very impressed, especially considering the price. What a great memory foam mattress! It was easy to unwrap and extend open. I waited 24hrs to allow full air expansion. The sheets arrived on time. I washed them and put them on the bed last night. The sheets are very nice, my only complaint is that the elastic in the fitted sheet is not very good. The elastic is very thin and fits the corners, but the rest of the elastic does not hold snugly around the sides. My mattress is 14” and these sheets are supposed to fit up to 16”. So far, so great! The smell is not overt nor unbearable, and I am told that the mattress immediately inflated to its size. The first night it was okay for comfort, and excellent with cooling(I sleep hot normally) and the second night was perfect comfort. It is mediumfirm and normally I prefer firm but as this is my first memory foam, its perfect for me. I woke up refreshed and not in pain. I have severe back issues, surgery on Left L45S1 laminectomy when I was 29. Its a very nice looking mattress, as well. I was concerned about no longer having a pillowtop mattress, but I can say that I do not miss it. I will update in 98 days if I still love it or if I exchanged it, which is a wonderful Wayfair feature to have when you buy a mattress from them. This is what tipped me in their favor. Mattress came quickly and I was very happy with that. Still very happy with the mattress, and it has been 2 years. I got an adjustable base a year ago and it works good with that. If you are a side/stomach sleeper this will feel amazing! This is a medium to soft mattress which is the perfect firmness if you have hip or back pain. Nice amount of curve hugging, without feeling like you are sinking. Box arrived without damage in 3 days and it was just as I expected. I got the king size, so it was a 2 person job. We took it out of the box in the driveway, carried it up the steps, placed it on the existing box spring, and then followed the instructions. There are 2 plastic wraps. The mattress was folded in half, so we unfolded it, and cut off the second plastic wrap. It went from completely flat and too small to over 12" tall and perfect from corner to corner in less than one minute. This hybrid is replacing a less than a year old cool gel style 12" foam only mattress. We noticed an immediate difference from the gel to this hybrid. It feels much softer, more like a pillow top, but still with the edge firmness to be able to put socks and shoes on from the sides/end. There is a smell when unwrapping (not unpleasant), but it went away very quickly and after an hour it is not noticeable. I think this is very normal for the foam mattress styles. After sleeping uncomfortably on a gel mattress (another brand) we are excited to wake up without body aches! This is better than I had hoped, I will update this if it is anything less than 5 stars.. These cotton sheets are just what I have been looking for. They are a little wrinkled but that is because I just washed them but they are so nice.
