This table is exactly what I was looking for -small space friendly -sturdy -affordable Unfortunately for me, the machine shelf adjustment mechanism is an eye hook and wing nut threaded through a metal bracket beneath the table, and my wing nut is deformed (threading is mostly only on one side), so once I reach the point where my machine is about the right height, my wing nut is crooked on the eye hook and will slide up and down freely. For now I cannot use the table as intended, but I’m confident Wayfair can help me sort this out. One other note this table can be a little clumsy to move. I am 5’1” and I struggled a bit lifting in the table up to pivot around the threshold of the small bedroom where this table will stay. It will not slide sideways on the my dense shag carpet of my apartment — at least not without undue strain on the table legs. It would be much easier if I’d had sliders or a hard floor, I imagine. *edit* I got my replacement wing nut in maybe a day or possibly two, but super fast! But when I went to put it on, I realized I had another problem the threading on my eye hook has a fat part, so my properly threaded wing nuts will not move past this point at the end.
