Just received the table this week. Overall I love it. It arrived in 2 large boxes. It is very heavy if you are not paying for the service to assemble it you will definitely need help. The dining tabletop is 2 pieces and on the underside is the ping pong side. If you intend to use the table as a dining table when not playing pool or ping pong I would recommend using a waterproof tablecloth because if liquid spills on the tabletop it could drip in between where the 2 sheets intersect and stain the felt of the pool table. You do need to be careful with the wood veneer it seems like it scuffs easily. The assembly is easy but again the table is very solid and heavy you will need at least 4 people to move it, the instructions recommend 6 people. The pool table and ping pong is a nice size for both kids and adults. The benches are very sturdy and will hold all of the accessories even the cue sticks fully assembled. The design of the shed is what sold us! Upon delivery of the shed, we began losing our excitement. The instruction manual required someone with architectural rendering experience to understand some of the instructions. Not easy for a semi-pro to figure it out. The majority of the wood was not marked, so each piece of wood had to be measured and marked to insure the shed would be square. Some of the 2 x4's had massive curves or were split, so adjustments had to be made to insure solid construction. Wood quality seemed like C grade. What a difference this shed made. It is quite sturdy, well made and looks great. When putting it together, I missed a step (a bar that is supposed to be attached to the underside of the lid at the front edge), but it seems to work fine without it. Since that would have added weight that would make opening the lid a little harder for me, I chose to leave it off. As far as difficulty in assembling ... on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the most difficult, I would rate it at about a 4.
