We finished off a family room and and had hoped, after a few attempts to find the perfect rug. WE DID!! This rug looks elegant and is extremely soft. The fibers are very dense so pattern is detailed--not distressed. As seen in the photo, we used as a topper along with another of Wayfair's jute look rugs. Beautiful, thick oriental style rug. I bought this to replace a very similar looking wool rug that I had in my formal dining room. My rug needed replacement due to moths eating away at the expensive wool rug! I was so happy to find this polypropylene rug, which was less expensive, will not attract moths, and looks equally attractive as the one I replaced. The color in the pictures varied so much. The bright red was not what I wanted! I took a chance and ordered 2 different sizes of rug. Pleasantly surprised that the red was a deep dark red, burgundy. Love the intricate details and the high quality. The million point is really noticeable. Even my teens commented on the new springie rugs. You can feel the quality when you walk. Rugs were delivered quickly. Wish they had been packaged better. They were rolled and in plastic, but the one end had ripped open and the rug was exposed and sitting on the driveway when delivered. Fortunately weather cooperated. Also, I found it was worth the time to shop around and check other sites for better prices. It’s a very interesting rug. It is well-made, but you could tell it was made by a machine. My only complaint is I am hesitant to purchase large items on the Internet as the color and the quality is never quite the same. What they placed in the depiction as red is really dark maroon. And the differentiation between the border and what is supposed to be an ivory inside is not distinguishable other than that for the price it’s not a bad rug.. Patricia.
