But despite being thin they seem to be fairly sturdy. I used them to make iced tea, which involves rapid temperature change, and they never cracked. Also I washed them in dishwasher and they withstood a normal cycle in dishwasher pretty well; no observable damage. There is enough stem to not heat the drink while holding the glass.
