Box came very damaged, but the shower base was packed well and it did not get damaged. It is made well, feels very sturdy and the design on the floor will defiantly help with it not getting to slippery. We used this shower base in our recent bedroom remodel. We had some issues getting it lay solidly and level on the floor. We even laid into self leveling concrete and then used foam to fill in any additional gaps underneath and it still creaked when we stepped into it.
