I probably just didn't push it tight enough, because it fell after hanging the curtains. But with a little help from my mom, we got it! We just completed construction on our home and I choose this rod because of its squared caps. Overall, I do like it and the function is as expected but, what I do NOT like is the very noticeable rubber connection piece - right in the center of the rod... it’s impossible not to notice. So I have been on the hunt for a brass shower curtain rod for a year now! They dont exist and if the do they are poorly made or insanely expensive! This one is GORGEOUS! Wow It was slightly too long but for the price I bought it anyway...I cut about an inch off before installing it then drilled the hardware into the tile...it was first time drilling into tile and I was a little nervous but it was just as easy as drilling holes in a wall!
