Very disappointing, the bed I received does NOT have the same detail as the photos on the website. The vertical rungs on the head and footboard are smooth round pipe not the more sculpted detailed ones on the website. I might have picked another bed with more detail had I known. So far loving this bed frame! It’s very easy to put together. You only need the Allen key wrench that’s included. Wooden Platform Bed Frame with v-Pattern Headboard, Wooden Slat Support, Noise-Free Mattress Foundation, No Box Spring Needed, Easy Assembly,Under-Bed Storage

The first box has some defective hardware and they were going to send another hardware pack. After some delays they sent out a whole other bed, free of charge. Problem is that the box was so damaged, bolts and screws were literally falling out of the box. Luckily I think I got the pieces I needed to finish the first bed. But now I'm left with a useless 100lb box in my garage because obviously they won't send another hardware pack so i can build or sell the second one. What a cluster f.. Colin. Winnipeg.
