I worked with Brandy, who helped me select and price this door. She was very helpful! After the purchase, it took several weeks for the door to arrive (4 to 8). The gents in charge of delivery called 30 minutes prior so that I could arrange to be home if I wanted. The door was shipped upright pallet style and had to be inspected within 48 hours of delivery. There were no issues with its condition upon arrival. We had a glazier install it in almost no time, 2 hours maybe. This time also included removal of the old door and installation of the hardware and trim. The hardware was purchased locally. The glass is safety rated and comes “fogged” for privacy. The door frames claims to be rot proof. There are special instructions for painting the trim. Overall, I am very pleased with this Wayfair experience.
