It took me months of searching and taking home 15-20 flooring samples before I finally settled on this, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I used this for a small basement as well as my split level entry. The larger-sized tile makes the space feel bigger, and the muted brown looks great with my greige (gray/beige) walls and white trim. I picked an off-white grout to offset the dark color. My only word of caution is that the boxes are HEAVY - 70 lbs EACH according the product description. So if you're a petite, single lady like me, either make sure you're home when for the delivery date/time or don't skip leg day. I used this tile for the floor of my shower and love it! It has a natural slate look so the tile is a little uneven and purposefully not smooth... but it feels great on my feet and actually gives a tiny bit of grip so I don’t feel like I am going to slip in the shower.
