Wow! I was skeptical, I’ll start with that! After hemming and hawing about a new couch and many stores later we couldn’t pull the trigger! We came across this one and decided to just go for it thanks to the great reviews! The price is great and its a very comfortable couch! It’s a lounge couch more than a ‘sitting’ couch. It’s large and deep! The only gripe is the back, its pillows so it takes a little arranging to find your spot of comfort. Otherwise it’s a fantastic couch that you can configure how you want! And the corduroy is so soft (like a plush stuffed animal). The delivery was almost a week sooner than expected and they were quick to put it together and did so with care! After 2 years, this couch is fine. It’s plush, beautiful, spacious and comfy. The removable covers are extremely convenient. The couch does pill so if you don’t want to you use a fabric shaver every few months, I would not recommend. I will say the quality could be better. The bottom cushions move down gradually as you sit causing strain on the fabric. I already have a massive hole in the under side of one bottom cushion and a a small hole forming on a top cushion. The ottoman is a great addition and can easily be moved around depending on how I want to use the space. Assembly was straightforward, and the pieces feel sturdy and well-made for the price. Delivery and assembly were fast, efficient, and the crew was friendly — no complaints there. One thing I wish someone had told me the delivery team won’t proactively show you how to connect and disconnect the pieces. Ask before they leave. Trust me. Once you know how, rearranging is simple — but you don’t want to figure it out on your own after they’re gone. Fair warning — I measured ahead of time, but once all six pieces were lined up, it consumed more of my space than I anticipated. I ended up moving one piece to another spot and honestly it works out great. The seating still looks intentional and doesn’t overwhelm the room. The modularity actually saves you here. The cushions have a nice feel, the fabric is soft, and the low arms give it that relaxed, lounge-y vibe. I’ve never had a sectional like this and I’m glad I made the investment.
