We are using these guides on interior doors and chose them specifically because they are wall mounted (we have concrete floors). The brackets and rollers are sturdy and attractive black metal. The rollers have a plastic cover to protect the door finish. As the specifications show, when mounted the door will be 1 1/4" from the wall. If you want it closer, you will have to remove the inside roller. The product quality and appearance is excellent, especially for the price. We purchased enough brackets for four doors and would gladly purchase the same product again. Please note in our photo that we are still in construction mode!
