The sectional sofa looks good, its firm, the color is okay, but the back makes it difficult to be comfortable depending on the height of the person. First picture I just decorated with additional pillows and decorative blankets. Someone over 56 would have their shoulders stick out from the back of the sofa. The sofa packaging. One of the boxes looks like they sent me one that had been returned. They rewrapped it poorly and sent it back to me. I ordered this sofa for my new apartment and I was on a very strict budget. It arrived in 3 heavy packages- I would not have been able to move them up the flight of stairs myself. It took me about 2 hours to get the sofa set up myself, but it was very easy to do with very clear directions. It is perfect for my small space and was great for my budget, however, it is very firm.
