Excellent quality and good materials, 100% recommended and the price is totally proportional to its quality. It only has something that I didn't like and it's a sticker that is on a very visible side and can't be removed if you try to remove it you damage the panel where it's located. I love the look of this piece and the extra storage it provides in my small kitchen. However, my biggest complaints are that the predrilled holes weren’t drilled deep enough and some were not lined up properly. This is especially problematic for the hinges that allow for the extra fold of counter space and the wheels on the bottom. In addition, the wheels do not roll properly and because the holes weren’t drilled properly, the piece does not roll well. If you get this piece, I highly recommend having a screw gun handy. The tiny screw driver they provide is not enough to screw many of the screws in tight enough. On the plus side, the instructions were easy to follow. Most of it can be done by one person with a tiny bit of help to lift some of the bigger pieces into place. It took my daughter and I about two hours to assemble. UPDATE: I contacted Wayfair and their customer service was GREAT. They were quick to gather all the details including allowing me to send pictures of the issue. They also contacted the manufacturer.
