This chair is perfect for my space in my 1 bedroom apartment. It's nice to have another option for a guest to sleep with it's sleeper component. Some said the cushion wasn't super comfortable but I think it's fine. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the under part that comes out to make it either a recliner chair or a bed doesn't have anywhere to lock to the chair, so if you move a certain way, it can start wheeling away from the chair. This oversized chair was the perfect size for my alcove and the color is nice and neutral. The one bracket was a little bent but fixed easily with a mallet. Some of the cushions were packed inside the back part of the chair and were hard to pull out. A screw needed to be removed before pulling the cushions otherwise it wouldve torn the fabric pulling it out. I wish there was a fabric flap that could be attached to cover up the space where the cushions were packed because I imagine dirt and debris are going to get caught up inside. I was so worried about all the comments saying you have to be fast or it expands too quickly that I glossed over the key piece. My husband and I spent 45 mins shoving the largest piece into the bottom. We rolled on the floor, literally. Sat on it, laid across it. One stuffed while one zipped. Finally we made it fit, all the while rereading the instructions. We got the sides and back in, only the realize we screwed up!! It took less time to unstuck it and do over correctly. I must say the quality of the seems, zippers and material to withstand what we put it through without ripping is astonishing. Of course my one dog after being afraid of ot thought it was for her. This chair is awesome!!! It came in a small box and we let it puff up. We put it in our 11yo son's room and it's a great place to have his friends hang out, and at their size, they've even slept overnight on it. It's pretty firm, which I think is a bonus in any "floor" type of chair, because they are usually the opposite. It's been used for about 8 months and the fabric has held up really well.
