So these solar flame lamps are prettier than I had originally anticipated and taller. They’re probably about 2 feet tall.. The only thing is in the owners manual because you’re not to let them get wet which is pretty difficult to do when they’re outside in the elements in with the sprinklers. They are made of plastic but they seem fairly durable and they are really beautiful at night. The further away from them you are the more realistic it looks. Unfortunately the bracket provided could not fit our deck railing because our ranking was too thick so we had to improvise and purchase our own bracket to screw into the fascia. This is a set of two solar lanterns that came right away. Came nicely packaged , no signs of damage to the outsides of the box. Once opened, very easy to put together and get started. I actually put them in the front of my house and hooked them onto to Dollar tree hooks that stake right in the ground. I put them out in the early part of the day and by nightfall they had already turned on. They do look like bright orange flames that flicker. The lanterns themselves appear to be a cheap plastic and I don’t anticipate that they will last real long, especially once we hit rainy, season and storms, but for the meantime, they are cute and help to light up the yard at night..
