I’ve ordered these twice already. I love them. They go through the winter with no problem. I never take them out of the ground. They give a moderate amount of light, enough to be able to see what you’re doing, but not enough to bother the neighbors at night. If you have a light that doesn’t work, remember you have to activate the switch in the back. I even have some in shady areas but they collect enough indirect sun to shine at night. They look great in flower pots and really cool against black mulch and ground cover plants. I don’t care for the lights on a post. This product was a disappointment, I thought they would be more practical but the light they give off is more of a night light than actual light. This is a good product To provide light but has to be in an area w light but cannot be in direct sunlight. I placed it on the far end wall of my back yard so when the dogs go out to do their business in the dark they will have light.Really easy to set up, just Unpack and let it sit in light for about an hour and then it works. Instructions that came with it were not real clear. Before Screwing them on i suggest using the strong tape so you can adjust accordingly bec if too far it keeps turning off.
