This took me about 3 hours to put together by myself. I'm sure it would go much quicker with another set of hands as balancing the pieces by myself was challenging but clearly possible. The hinges on the doors posed the biggest challenge. Not thrilled with the magnet mechanism to keep the doors closed but it does the trick. I have this in black and it is my favorite piece of furniture I own! It’s a definite statement piece. So strong, heavy and very well made. I’ve actually had it for years and just getting around to a review now. It’s been moved all around and everyone always comments on how much they love it. One thing to be aware that I never thought of, the doors are a ornate carving so you can see through into the inside so I never store anything bright colored in there. I did not expect this to be such a solid high quality piece of furniture. Clear instructions, extra nuts and screws.
