Solid Wood Frame Sofa

This sofa is a sleek and streamlined addition to your living space. It has a solid and engineered wood frame that rests on brown-finished tapered dowel legs for a bold modern vibe. I needed an inexpensive couch to last me the next 4-5 years while I finish up school and one of my non-negotiables was removable cushions. This was the only couch in its price range that had that, and in the color I wanted. Assembly was fairly easy and took me about one hour total (I'm 5'2", 100lbs). Zippers are poor quality, build is 'decent enough for the price' quality, and they give you one extra of each accessory you need (various screws and washers). Cushions are thinner than average but I honestly don't mind that because I don't like sinking all the way into the abyss with fluffy ones, but I foresee years of use culminating in completely squished and compacted cushions. We'll see with time. All in all, I'd give it 3.5 stars. Decent enough for the time being, definitely, but will most certainly be looking for a proper upgrade once I graduate.. Anonymous. We love this couch! We looked at what felt like a million and settled on this one. One of the pieces came damaged and we reached out to the seller who replaced the part free of charge within a week, no hassle. It was easy to put together with two people, took about 30 minutes. The cushions are comfortable and it looks great. My only complaint is that the back cushions are free floating, they don't velcro or attach to the back of the couch in any way so when you get up and down they tend to flop around, but that is just the way they are designed, not a flaw. The sofa is a beautiful light beige color, exactly what I was expecting. Its comfortable and works great for my needs. The assembly does take quite a while, especially if youre putting it together by yourself. One thing to note is that parts K1 and K2 were confusing because they werent labeled correctly, and the L and R labels were reversed, so I had to disassemble part of the sofa before I could continue. The sofa looks good and, overall, we’re happy. Two quibbles. The support beam across the front of the sofa was damaged but I was able to make the huge dent point to the back and up so no one will be able to see it. And, most importantly, I wish the description had been clearer that the sofa cushions are attached to the frame. They are not removable for cleaning. At least not easily.. Renulfo.
