Purchased for its charger and bottom drawer. It looks great but bottom drawer is inoperable on carpet. The piece is front heavy and lens forward on the carpet. We removed the drawer plate (piece) that was rubbing against the electrical box on the inside of it to help guide the drawer but we need to figure out how to stabilize the whole unit - perhaps with plywood underneath. ?. The order came quickly -3 boxes. My friend and I put it together in about 4 hours. If I had done it alone it definitely would have taken longer and been extremely frustrating. It is a nice look an I was told it is comfortable to sleep in. My only complaint is nothing was labeled, and the screws all came in one bag ( so you had to separate all the different types and sizes). All things considered I am very satisfied.. Ann. It works. 3 boards were warped one board I had to get replaced. Also had to order some assembly parts because they were missing. Two boards are solid wood the rest mdf. Bought May 7 it is still out gassing formaldehyde. some holes are misaligned. Took about 6.5 hours to assemble by myself. It came with the wrong instructions. I found correct instructions by looking at different model. Wayfair also mailed the correct instructions. I’ll give 5 stars for Wayfair customer service.. Todd. MN. Mon Jun 23 2025
