The sofa is fine, but the delivery and service was terrible. The delivery date was pushed back four times from mid-November to mid-January. My email queries went unanswered and when I would phone, I would usually just get the same information which appeared on the website. The one time I did get a representative to call the manufacturer, I was told the sofa would be delivered before Christmas, but it did not arrive till January 16. This was very frustrating and I would never had purchased the sofa had I known it would take over 16 weeks to be delivered. The website originally promised an 8 to 10 week delivery. This has since been changed to 12 to 14 weeks.. Anonymous. Healdsburg, CA. Wed Jan 20 2021

The second delivery was great! First time the guys didn’t know that the back comes off the sofa so they couldn’t carry it up the stairs. There was a gap between the cushions and the back of the sofa that was pretty noticeable. The delivery guys called customer service and I was offered a discount or they would return it for another one. I had already taken two days off work to wait for delivery so I accepted the discount.. This is the perfect sofa and should last for years. I did a ton of research before spending this much money on a product I have never seen. It absolutely is as well built as it is advertised and you will not find any comparably priced sofas that are as good a quality as this. Flexsteel names it “Dutch” if you are trying to find information about it on their website or wanting to see it in person at an authorized dealer. It is only 91 inches long but ways 297lbs. If you need to move it you definitely need help as it is solid. The color is more beautiful in person, I was very happy when it was delivered. Also delivery was 10 days ahead of schedule with less than 24 hours notice they can deliver it. The delivery team set it up,and cleaned up. They were wonderful, I could not have donee it by myself.. The ultimate in deep relaxation, the Lioni sofa features fine leather upholstery and power motion technology. With attached bustle back pillows, power headrests, and power footrests, it offers a range of luxurious seating positions. USB ports give the option to recharge while reclining.

Beautiful sofa! It is a bit getting used to having such a low stationary back, but the recline feature makes it all worth it-it reclines in so many positions! One problem we experienced was noticeable scratches and pulls in the leather that were more than the weathered look it has-Wayfair did great rectifying the problem.. Samantha. Menomonee Falls, WI. This is a great couch with reclining leg and head features. It’s definitely on the bulkier, heavier side, so I wouldn’t recommend it for smaller spaces. It works perfectly in a theater room or a large open area. The neutral upholstery is easy to wipe down and clean just add a few decorative pillows for a pop of color. While it’s not a fancy or delicate piece, that’s part of its appeal it’s built to handle everyday wear and tear, making it a solid choice for families with kids or for high wear and tear use.. Create your home’s perfect playlist with this gorgeous new introduction. The product has sleek styling that rocks! The product combines transitional bustle backs with updated French seaming and oversized stitching into a mix that is sure to jam in any room setting. Pad-over-chaise seating also draws from the French seam shaping which brings a unique style to the product.

It's crafted with a solid and engineered wood frame, and it rests on metal legs for a balanced profile. The power reclining mechanism allows you to adjust the footrest with a push button, while the position lock keeps you in place. A built-in USB port keeps your devices powered, and integrated storage and cupholders keep essentials close. Plus, the polyester blend upholstery is mold and mildew resistant for added functionality.

This is a very nice looking sectional. Love the color and the functionality of it. Is comfortable enough to watch tvmovies but not enough to take a nice nap. It came with a glue type stain and all the offered was a very low discount and if I wanted a replacement I needed to cover the shipping fee which was not worth it so I have to keep it like that. I was very surprised because every time I had an issue, Wayfair customer service has been outstanding except this time.. Luz Karime. Miami, FL. Sat Aug 01 2026

This power reclining sofa delivers a space-saving zero-wall design so you can place it right against the wall without losing an ounce of relaxation. It's built to maximize convenience in your home with synchronized backrest and footrest adjustments that let you find your ideal lounging angle at the touch of a button. Multiple layers of foam with varying density provide tailored body support across the seats. A built-in power system runs the entire piece from a single outlet, making setup incredibly straightforward. Plus, integrated USB and Type-C ports on the armrests keep your devices charged while you unwind.

I love the sofa and its smaller size is great for my small home. The reason for 4 stars is it took my SIL and daughter way too long to attach the spring under one of the pieces that was loose in the box. Otherwise, installation would have been fine.
