The packaging was great. However, the items had many scratches and chippings. The wood or the engineered wood is pretty cheap and I wish they had used better material. Looks exactly as it does online.. can’t wait to put up on my wall!! Update Finally installed the panels. They are super cute but definitely had to make a few adjustments. Had to cut a few of the panels because they were too big. Additionally, all the panels would not perfectly align therefore I had to use caulking to help close the gaps. I used white caulk because the panels can not be painted. When pasting the panels to the wall I used gorilla construction adhesive and it worked great!
