The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. AI would take care of it. Very disappointing!. Nancy. Vacaville, CA. Sat Sep 05 2026

Just arrived an hour ago. Assembling the legs was very simple and easy. We ordered the cream sofa and it is stunning. It is very comfortable and soft. It is replacing a leather sofa that I got 30 years of use out of. I hope this sofa can last at least half as long as my first one. I am not sure how well it will wear yet as it just arrived. The only complaint I had was with the delivery. They had the sofa loaded on one of those hand trucks and was coming down the driveway, but instead of using my concrete walkway to the front door, they cut through my front yard and got stuck it the grass. They then picked up the box, which had a wad of dirt and grass stuck in the corner and brought it into my living room with their dirty shoes without any booties, along with the wad of dirt and grass..
