Would have loved to give this a five star rating. The fact that I have it hanging free under my cabinet, LOVE it. The fact that paprika is spelled pappika has kept me from filling one with paprika. I bought two set and so far three of the flip lids have permanently broken off the first time opened. The hinge just broke off completely. I am very disappointed because after having filled 24 of these with some of my most beloved spices (an hours long project), its not like I can return it. The appearance is nice. The jars themselves are good quality thick/heavy glass. The only negative is the plastic lids don't seal well. Some of the lids when closed will pop right back up. Not a great help in sealing to prolong freshness. It really is a shame. The spices, bamboo rack and glass jars not considering the lids would have rated 5 stars otherwise.. Rosemary.
