I’m not going to lie, you need someone very detailed experienced in building to build this. Took the whole weekend from sunup to past down to get this built in 108 degree temperatures-it was rough! It seems really well made, sturdy. The slides are a bit flimsy to what I expected. A few things our builder is still working on to make this more sturdy for our little one. All parts were here! Even many extras. Delivered in one order, it went as seem less as any build like this could go. A few confused moments on the turbo slide instructions but we figured it out. I really love this playset. It does exactly what I wanted it to do. My daughter loves climbing the ladder and look out from the balcony. The playset, with the app to help, was so easy to install. The most difficult thing for me was leveling the area. Otherwise was simple. I didn’t take a star away for this, but I figured I’d write a couple things that I noticed that either needed to be changed or could be done to make the install simpler. The playset used a lot of T-Nuts and if I knew ahead of time, I could’ve hammered them in from a hard surface. It made me think I was going to snap the wood sometimes when I put them on after the wood was up. There was a point on the instructions that said you should put the wall panels on 3 1116” below the board, but if you did that, it wouldn’t have attached at the top. Definitely should be higher. The block under the slide should not be that far back. Instead, the instructions should have you drill the holes for the slide first, put the block on, then attach the slide. Also, the block for the slide should be curved, to account for the hole locations of the slide. Finally, the cross boards for the roof should also have a miter on them so when you bring the two tops together, it connects at a nice 90 degree angle. Thereby limiting the water that comes in. I was very happy with the quality of the set overall. It is Chinese cedar and many boards were cupped and bowed, so just be careful during installation to overcome that. The instruction manual was highly detailed and made installation a breeze. You will need table saw, oscillating saw and sander to make minor modifications to some deck boards and others. Took me 2 1/2 full days to assemble by myself. Advice: Organize all boards alphabetically and numerical and lay all bolts, screws and lags out low to high value to speed installation. . Andy. Great Product. I got this as a gift for my nephews and they love it! It took about 2 days to build. It really helps to organize everything beforehand like everyone recommends. My wayfair peeps..THIS!!! What a great, great play-set! We have been searching for months and months for the perfect play-set and hit the jackpot with this one! We hit the Memorial Day sale and used a coupon and got a much better deal on this. So keep your eyes on sales! Okay-this item came in two LARGE rectangle boxes. Instead of moving the boxes into our backyard (boxes were placed by our garage-but note -you can call delivery company and request where you want them to place items) we just opened them where they we and organized all the parts. After that, we began with the instructions, ladder, side supports etc. There were some tricky parts for us but that may not be the case for everyone, especially if you’re an engineer! Ha, just kidding. I learned how to use a drill this weekend so ladies, you got this! There’s a lot of screws and moving parts but don’t let this scare you-the instruction booklet is SO GOOD! I highly recommend this playset y’all! Wayfair never disappoints! Tip-don’t be afraid to mix and match your rock wall colors, makes it kinda fun! Also, we purchased a baby swing since my youngest is two..so it comes with two swings and a handle bar (yellow in picture) . But the baby swing is sold separately.
