Just received and was easy to install. We just removed the cord from my old set and transferred on to this one. Comes with new hoses and I was also able to do that myself. So far so good! It’s a great laundry unit for small laundry spaces! Shipping and delivery services were pretty painless and efficient as the unit arrived exactly when estimated. However I didn’t give it a full 5 stars just because it’s not the quietest unit but the noise isn’t an obnoxious noise it’s more like a white noise sound. You will need to purchase your own electrical cord which I think is kind of silly but whatever it wasn’t that expensive. Be certain to look inside the washer part of the unit for your hoses when you open the box, we didn’t look inside the washer until after we’d made a trip to the hardware and purchased hoses as well thinking that they had forgotten to place our hoses in the box during shipment..
