Unfortunately, it didnt serve the purpose of letting my mom reach the items in the high-up kitchen cabinets, since the pull-down bar sits just above the cabinet floor (if you mount it to the cabinet base). It definitely cant be overflowing or overloaded since its moving up and down. Theres not much to be done with that, although I probably would have liked the back wall of the shelves to go up higher. Addendum: I installed these in a corner cabinet. The issue I had with the ends of the slides contacting the floor of the cabinet would not be an issue for baskets that are installed in a non-corner cabinet. I purchased these baskets to organize storage under a corner sink, specifically because they had full extension slides. These baskets are constructed of a heavy gauge wire with what appears to be decent chrome and the slides are well constructed. However, I will note that with less than the rated load (I believe they are rated for 50 lbs.) the tips of the baskets contacted the floor of the cabinet at full extension. To guard against wearing grooves in the cabinet floor I shimmed the fronts of the slides up about 1/8 inches. The shim does not affect the function and saves wear on the cabinet floor. Until I found this option on Wayfair, I was considering new cabinets for my kitchen. These allow me to pull my doors totally open(hinges are removed) and pull out the attached lower drawer all in one action.
