Love the look of this cross star tile! We have not installed yet but the boxes were packed very nice! I think one was a little chipped otherwise all in good condition. They will ship in 2 boxes. This tile is gorgeous! We haven't installed it yet but still beautiful tile and good quality. The only problem is (why I am giving this 3 stars) is that one of the two boxes we ordered had almost all broken pieces and some were even shattered. We thought ok that happens and we will just have it replaced. Well the replacement has a piece broken on every square foot of tile. Wayfair has good customer service but I find this is probably due to the nature of Wayfair's shipping. The tile is gorgeous but arrived broken. 8 of the 60 tiles arrived cracked or crushed, but Wayfair made it very easy to report the issue and get a partial refund to make it right. I really cant wait to have these installed on my half bath floor, but hope they are shipped in a more protected way in the future (they arrive in basically a stack of 20 tiles with no protection between each tile to handle transit)..
