I had second guess on this runner once I hit process order. But let me tell you that once I laid it out I was never more happy. Beautiful shading, beautiful pattern, and perfect size. The rug is shipped folded in half, which was surprising so it's not the thickest rug. It is very heavy and the colors are pretty, The rug is soft, I haven't laid it out yet as I'm waiting to move the furniture. It will need a thick rug pad, but will work well.. Stephanie. I absolutely love this rug! First thing is the backing, most have a very rough backing that as you walk on it , it crumbles and look like sand under the rug. But no this one. It’s sturdy but feels so much better than most. The colors are a taupe to me with blues and splash of gold. Feels soft to touch and should wear good in traffic areas.. Susan.
