Assembly was a breeze with all screws and washers accounted for. I've been using this for over a week now at my height adjustable desk (from Wayfair too!) and I can say this is the most comfortable drafting chair I've ever had! The seat cushion is firm but comfortable and wraps your thighs nicely. The hydraulics have just enough "bounce" to make it like you're sitting on a cloud. The arms flip up and are just the right size for relaxing. I can highly recommend!! A+. Mountainmomma. USA. Tue Oct 06 2026
