A solid 4/5 The set came much earlier than expected, and was delivered by a smaller FastMile Logistics and they did an excellent job. Boxes were undamaged, and folks were professional. I gave 4 stars for a different reason: While the furniture itself looks nice and sturdy and is JPMA certified, some parts were broken and looked like a manufacturing defect, not a delivery issue. Specifically, for a crib, one out of three parts (number 28, see pics attached) had a missing screw and I had to re-glue it. While not a big deal, but you can not expect me to put a 5 star if first thing out of the box I have to go to a hardware store in order to fix this part. Also there were few paint chips on part number 8 which took me less than a second to paint and make it look as new. But again some people may not like that. Lastly, the top slot of the drawer (changing table) seems to be tilted - I switched drawers and still looks tilted. There were no reviews for this when I ordered it, so I was pretty nervous that it would show up cheap and flimsy and damaged. I was pleasantly surprised to find that was not the case. The pieces were sturdy and well packed, and everything was accounted for. The color is a lovely off-white, with intentional brush marks to give the surface some texture. Very happy with the look of it. Deducting one star for a couple of assembly issues that could have been avoided. There was one part of the instructions where the necessary hardware was mislabeled, causing me to believe I was short 4 bolts. It took me a while to figure that out. Then, went I went to install the drawers, I found that the drawer rails (which all came pre-attached to the drawer walls, and initially seemed like a great time saving bonus) on the middle support wall had been installed upside down. I had to take an extra hour to take all of them off and reinstall them the correct way, which was not fun or easy to do since they had grease all over them. If you know to expect these things going in, or you get a dresser where the instructions and pre-assembly are all correct, this is a beautiful piece of furniture that I expect to last a very long time. I’m not too picky when it comes to furniture , so I would say this piece was a good investment for the price . It did come with a few scratches and marks . Not sure if that was caused during delivery or what , but overall I was satisfied with my purchase . The third picture is the back piece , I ended up applying it upside down , but it still worked . Loved the fact that everything was numbered . That made organization even better for the type of person I am being that I put this together myself at that !. Whitney.
