The pot’s removable filter reveals all the subtlety of tea and prevents the bitter taste that comes from brewing tea for too long. The salam’s timeless design, a blend of porcelain and stainless steel, and its combination of finishes make this teapot truly unique.

High quality product Made in France. There is no separate porcelain top for the teapot. The top of the teapot is built into the insulated metal cover. To clean it you have to unscrew the top of the cover and remove it. This is not necessary very often because the lid does not get dirty. The felt liner of the metal cover is removeable for washing. The mesh infuser does a good job of keeping tea leaves out of the tea. The insulated cover keeps tea warm. Realistically, it holds 31-32 ounces. It will only hold 33 oz if you fill it to the brim, but then inserting the infuser will make it overflow. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.. Anonymous. Mon Apr 07 2025
